The artifact has the features of zoomorphic and abstract Neolithic scepters. It is dated within the framework of the general chronology of stone Eneolithic scepters to Tripolye BI-BIBII time. The specific features of the item indicate that the flat ventral side could have been used for longitudinal motions on a surface. It could even have been inserted into a handle like other scepters.
