Fischhausen, East Prussia, is a fighting knife from the warriors grave 32, which upon the results of the grave inventory analysis could be dated to the end of the 4th \u2013 beginning of the 5th c. AD. A unique feature of the fighting knife is a sign, stamped onto the surface of both blade sides, which has its closest analogies among the so-called star ornaments. Neither a fighting knife decorated in this manner nor stamping of the star ornaments onto the surface of iron artifacts in general have ever been reported for the region before.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prasolov Ya.V.
